Before you head out, take a moment to read through our guidelines for redeeming your ticket and enjoying your visit, ensuring a seamless experience.
GENERAL INFORMATION
• Enter through the designated Entrance A. The signage is clearly displayed above the entrance doors.
• Use the self-service kiosk at the entrance by entering the code from your voucher. Look for the “Redeem Your Voucher Here” sign.
• You can present your voucher on your mobile device or tablet. For discounted entries, please have an ID ready to verify your age (such as an ID card).
• The aquapark has shared loungers available, though the number is limited. You can also purchase a private lounger at the ticket counter for your exclusive use.
• Bringing a stroller? Don’t forget your own protective covers. If needed, you can buy them at our Aqua Shop.
• Be mindful of jewelry! Our thermal water may cause silver to tarnish.
• All expenses for products or services within the park are charged to your wristband chip, which you settle when you exit.
• Late departure after closing time incurs a fee of 200 CZK per person.
• If your package includes a dessert, you can enjoy it at Coffeeland Café on the second floor of the aquapark.
WELLNESS
• Guests 15 and older are welcome in our wellness area, which is a no-swimsuit zone.
• Moving between the AQUA and SPA zones is subject to the current pricing.
• Again, be mindful of jewelry – thermal water can cause silver to tarnish.
• Wellness is open daily from 12:00 PM.
DAY SPA & MASSAGES
• If you have purchased a massage or Day Spa pass, remember to book your appointment as soon as possible at wellness@aqualand-moravia.cz. Late reservations may result in an alternative appointment due to limited availability.
• Day Spa access is for guests 18 and older.
• If your package includes Day Spa access, collect your Prosecco, robe, and towel set at the Aqua Shop. Your dessert will be waiting at the Wellness Bar.
HOTEL AQUALAND INN
• If you’ve booked a hotel stay, you may arrive as early as 11:30 AM. Check in at the hotel reception, and you can enjoy the aquapark while your room will be ready by 3:00 PM.
• Wellness access is permitted for guests aged 15 and older, and Day Spa access for those 18 and older.
• Aquapark entry on your departure day is a one-time use.
SAUNA NIGHT
• Your Sauna Night ticket is valid for a specific date, with entry between 8:30 PM and 11:00 PM.
• Wellness access begins at 8:30 PM.
• Sauna Night is open to guests 15 and older.
• Remember to remove your jewelry – thermal water can tarnish silver.
• All expenses within the park are charged to your wristband chip, which you pay upon departure.
• Please leave the premises by 1:15 AM. A late departure fee of 200 CZK per person applies.
