Dear visitors,
in case you lose or forget your personal belongings or documents with us, write to us at any time at the e-mail address info@aqualand-moravia.cz.
On this e-mail, we will also solve the transfer options together.
Important information:
- We keep items of daily use (clothes, swimwear, shoes and others) with us for three days. They are then handed over to the authorities.
- After a few days, we hand over the found documents (identity cards, passports, etc.) to the Police of the Czech Republic. Until then, they are safe with us.
- In the case of valuables, personal collection is required with proof of identity and identification of the lost item.
